All 7722 items are made to order, which means each piece is produced individually before it ships. Production is part of your delivery timeline, so please consider both production and shipping when estimating when your order will arrive.
We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Some regions may have restrictions or limitations on delivery, which are noted on the product page.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time. Shipping timelines vary depending on your location and the method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are provided on product pages and at checkout, but these are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs processing, weather, or events outside our control.
It is very important that the shipping address and phone number you provide are accurate. If incorrect information is entered and delivery fails, we cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your package has not shipped yet, please contact us immediately to correct any errors. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed, and additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
For packages that are lost in transit, please submit a claim within seven days of the estimated delivery date. If a carrier marks a package as delivered but it is not received, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds. In these cases, we recommend checking around your delivery location, asking neighbors or building staff, and contacting the carrier directly for delivery details.
In-Store Pickup: If you purchase an item in store, shipping is not applicable. Items purchased in store must be picked up or returned at the store where they were originally purchased.
Refund Policy
Online Purchases: All 7722 items are made to order. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, color preference, or change of mind. Please review product descriptions, size guides, and details carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after seven days cannot be processed. Once your request is received, we aim to respond within seven business days. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items that have been worn, altered, stained, or damaged by use cannot be accepted. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method in the currency used at purchase. Items that were made correctly but are no longer wanted, or items delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information or contact details, cannot be returned.
Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
