Online Purchases: All 7722 items are made to order. For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, fit, color preference, or change of mind. Please review product descriptions, size guides, and details carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after seven days cannot be processed. Once your request is received, we aim to respond within seven business days. If approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item. Returns sent without prior confirmation may not be accepted. All returned items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items that have been worn, altered, stained, or damaged by use cannot be accepted. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method in the currency used at purchase. Items that were made correctly but are no longer wanted, or items delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information or contact details, cannot be returned.
Orders can only be canceled and fully refunded before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible.
If your package is lost in transit, claims must be submitted within seven days of the estimated delivery date. If a carrier marks a package as delivered but it is not received, we are unable to offer replacements or refunds. In such cases, we recommend checking around your delivery location, asking neighbors or building staff, and contacting the carrier directly for delivery details.
In-Store Purchases: Items purchased in store may only be returned or exchanged at the store where they were originally purchased. Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in store.
